 Post subject: Cylinder 1 misfire CEL

I noticed my battery light come on.

Somehow my alternator belt popped off?

I re-installed the belt.

Now I have the CEL?

Thoughts on what would cause this?

Did you clear the lights after the belt came off? Low power being sent to everything often can set random codes.

Probably coincidence. But do some normal diagnosis for cylinder 1. Check the plug, wires, coil, and boot to begin.

Reset again & took it out. No CEL. Fingers crossed.
