Axles are pretty straight forward. It may have a split roll pin holding the axle to the transmission. Still have the Dirty 30?

Sold the dirty 30, it was being a pain in the arse and someone offered me 100 bucks more than I paid for it as it sat. Couldn't pass it up.

From what I can tell it has the pin you described, can't wait to get it home today and start wrenchin :)

Fixed her today!

axle was super simple and only took an hour or so.

Valve cover gaskets done. Took 2 hours, could've been done in 45min if I didn't clean the sludge off the covers lol.

The old gaskets resembled hard plastic, no wonder they leaked.

Very simple job and kinda fun
